Shipping & Returns
If you place your order before 12:00 on a weekday, we will try our best to send it on the same day. However, sometimes due to different circumstances it is possible that it takes longer. Please also check out our delivery and return page for more information.
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receiving your receipt. This only applies if the seal is not broken. When you start the returning process, you have 14 days to return the products. After receiving the products in good condition we will deposit the full amount (including the shipping fee) on your bank account. The shipping cost to return the products are for your own account. For the exact rates please visit the site of your carrier.

Unfortunately we don't have a free returning service. We advice you to really do your research on the products and buy what you think that works for you. If you need any help choosing the right products, you can always contact us for product advice. You can ask us questions on our social media accounts or send us an email via firstname.lastname@example.org.
